Minor updates to Core W44

Stefan and all in DSS:

I note the following minor updates to the DSS Core WD44:

1) Front Page 

Email addresses are NOT needed for the editor / contributors (apologies for
confusion from prev comment)

2) Line 263

Change last sentence:
""Manifest validation is supported by the Core" to:
"Manifest validation is supported by an optional input / output."

This is misleading as whilst it is defined as part of the core optional
input/outputs are optional.  As stated in 1.3 " Profiles of these protocols
can pick and choose which optional inputs and outputs to support, ...".
Also, the description of manifest validation talks about Core validation
implying this is different.

3) line 266 

In "It contains an XML document as specified in section 2.4.2."
Delete "XML" as 2.4.2 defines how this element can be used for binary
documents.


4) Line 320

"The server MUST use the schemas to identify the ID attributes ....." 

This might be taken to imply that schemas need always be used for ID
attributes, Which is not always the case.  Suggest add at start of sentence:

"If prsent, the server MUST ......"

Also add the same sentence as in 2.8.5 as a note.

"Note: It is recommended to use xml:id as defined in [xml:id] as id in the
payload being referenced by a <ds:Reference>, because the schema then does
not have to be supplied for identifying the ID attributes."

5) Line 466

Change "see section 1 [XPATH]" to "see section 1 of [XPATH]"

6) Line 1016

Change "<IncludeEContent>" to "optional input <IncludeEContent> (see 3.5.7)"


7) Line 1050

Reword "create and embed a timestamp token into an existing signature,
WITHOUT VERIFICATION, which ......"

8) Line 1174

It needs to be explicetly stated that there may be mulitple occurences (see
line 639.

Add "There may be multiple occurences of this optional input."

9) Line 1560

Replace title in line with following sub-sections

"Processing for RFC 3161 Timestamp tokens on CMS Signatutes"

10) Line 1642 1643 "Result Codes" Section

This section adds nothing and seems out of place here.  Delete 

Also, all the refences to 4.5 and 4.6.x will require updating.

11) Line 1984, 1985

This should reference 3.5.2.1 to 3.5.2.3.

12) Line 2288 

Change "eg." To "Consider for example"

13) Annex C

Revision history needs updating

14) In notice that parts of the documents is set to a range of languages.
It should all by US english.
