Below follows the new plan proposal, as per action 06-07-24-01.

1) Final CD of Core ready.  24th July

2) Committee ballot for progressing to Core for public review Complete
19th Aug

3) Meeting to agree progression of Profiles to Public review 21 Aug

4) Deadline for start public review 4th September.

5) Public review period (60 days) Sept oct

6) 2nd review (Preparation TC agree revised Spec) 6 Nov

7) 2nd public review (15 days) Agree  8 - 23nd nov

8) Approval as Committee specification 4 Dec

9) Final information ready for approval 15 Dec

10) Standard voting start 16 Jan end 31 Jan

11) Mid Feb Voting complete
