Comment on version 10 of timestamp profile

Dear all,

Below follows an explanatory text that has not arrived you from the 
server, on version 10 of the timestamp profile, just uploaded, likely 
because I did not write it in the corresponding part of the uploading form.


"Small change in section 4.1.2 lines 206,207 of v9, as suggested by 
Dimitri, for aligning XML tag with core:

original text:"• submit a verify request for timestamp T1 and include 
the optional input with a value set to the issue time of timestamp T2."

new current text:"• submit a verify request for timestamp T1 and include 
the optional input with a value set to the issue time of timestamp T2 
(i.e. using element )."
