Action 06-10-16-02, RFC mix-up

Hi all,

there are two RFCs mixed up in one reference in several profiles and the 
core as well. See this excerpt from the core spec :

...
[RFC 2119] S. Bradner. Key words for use in RFCs to Indicate
Requirement Levels. IETF RFC 2396, August 1998.
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2396.txt.
...

but it's quite obvious that the second and third line should be like 
this :


[RFC 2119] S. Bradner.  Key words for use in RFCs to Indicate 
Requirement Levels. IETF RFC 2119, March 1997.
http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc2119.txt.
