DSS Core - referencing CMS RFC 3852 etc

To further clarify my comment regarding refrence to CMS, the folowing
additional changes to the DSS Core spec (WD47) needs to be made:

In all occurences of [RFC3369] as a reference replace [RFC3369] by [RFC
3852]

In line 2098 also delete "on page 29 "

In lines 2327 (stays as is) & 2328 should be:
  URI: urn:ietf:rfc:3369
  This refers to CMS signature per [RFC 3852] or prior versions of CMS.

Note also that all the references of form [RFCxxxx] should be [RFC xxxx]
with the space as in section 8.
