Urgent matters for TC

All,

We urgently need to have a DSS TC meeting to close the procedure for
progression of the DSS Core etc two additional items need to be agreed by
the TC:

I propose therefore to hold a TC at the usual time today (12noon) US EST,
6pm European CET:

The agenda is just the following:

1) Confirm that no substantive change has been made following the public
review (see definition below:

(bb) "Substantive Change" is a change to a specification that would require
a compliant application or implementation to be modified or rewritten in
order to remain compliant. 

2) Agree that the revised Core goes to CD.

3) Confirm that the Core & profiles is to go forward as Committee spec

4) Confirm that the Core & profiles are to go forward for ballot as OASIS
spec.

Apologies for the late notice.  I do not expect this to take more than 10
minutes but it is important that we have a quorum to complete our business.
Can you confirm to me that you can attend.
