Thanks to you three for prearing this.  It provides a useful basis for the
new TC.

Just a couple thoughts:

a) I think we will have to make the decision on IPR mode for the new TC.

b) I would suggest that the emphasis should be on maintenance of existing
standards and production of new DSS profiles, rather than production of a
new version of DSS.

Apologies for not being able to make Monday's call but I would welcome the
views on these two points.

This is a first (and uncomplete) draft of the charter for the new TC we
mentioned in our last conf call.
