Workplan draft for preparation of submission package for settinga new TC

Initial date proposal for submission of proposal for a new TC to OASIS 
TC Administrator : 4 May. If this proves to be too tight: move it for 
the 8th of May.



A.Production of the charter:
============================

1. Following the discussions of 16th April meeting:

a. 1 week for submission of comments. Contributions may be added to the 
text within the document circulated. Deadline: Monday 23rd April.

b. Thursday 26th April new version submitted to the DSS list. Stefan 
kindly volunteers for acting as the final editur.

c. Agreement on charter: through email.

B. Production of non-normative part:
=====================================

1. Identification of similar and First version: 25th April. Started by 
Stefan. Stefan volunteers to polish this part. Any contribution welcomed.

2. Date and time of first conf call: To be decided in ulterior conf 
calls. JC will look for bridge support.

3. SCHEDULE of meetings: To be decided: meeting every two weeks 
initially, afterwards maybe 3 weeks. As for the period: 1 year or 1,5 
years?. Discussion through the list.

4. DETAILS OF SUPPORTERS: charis to chase up details of those who 
support the proposal. Deadline: 27th April

5. Convener: to be decided by email.

6. Member Section: the same as DSS. to be decided.
