Duane,

My 2 cents here is - start with a brand new Table of Contents for
a new ebSOA document using the latest OASIS document template
(with all the default styles et al in it - I made this mistake on my
last two spec's - using old Word docs!).

That Table of Contents for ebSOA should be our first deliverable.

Then we can either bring across parts of the CEFACT document
where applicable - or simply reference it as a resource - but
overall I'd prefer not to be in editing mode on the CEFACT
document with a cycle of comments and edits around that.

My sense is a clean sheet will get us where we need to be
much faster....

Not sure what everyone else is thinking though!?
