That is a subject for discussion tomorrow.  What we may want to do is to 
have the constituency that wants to complete this work keep working on 
it while a separate group does the work on an SOA Reference Model that 
is not ebXML or Web Services.

I am sure that if people are willing to complete the work we started, we 
will elect to do that and leave the current TC in place.  It would be 
nice to do both if there are sufficient hordes willing to do the work.
