conference call agenda and timing - one more try

Last week, I requested timing preferences from the group regarding a 
conference call... and got one response - thanks Mr. Jackson.

I would like to schedule for next week (late) and am sending another 
request (this email) to match available times for persons wanting to 
attend.

Please indicate available times on Thursday Feb 17 and Friday Feb 18. 
I'll send the final invitation this Thursday, along with the call in 
details.

The proposed agenda:

1. Secretary assignment
2. Outstanding Open Action Items
3. In Progress Documents Status
4. Outreach Planning to AIAG, AIA, WS-I, W3 and other standards groups 
to foster Convergence
