tasks and meeting minutes from conf. call 17feb05

ebSOA'ers -
We had a good meeting with 8 attendees where we worked through the 
outstanding items, discussed direction for documentation and nominated a 
new secretary. Meeting minutes have been posted to the ebSOA page. 
Please review and send suggested edits if necessary.

We need a head count of the ebSOA members and observers who will be 
attending the Face2Face at New Orleans in April. We will use this 
information to schedule meeting rooms at the Face2Face so that we can 
meet as a group. This will most likely be a one full day meeting to work 
towards completion of documents.

Please also indicate the metro area where you reside so that we can 
determine an optimum location for a rescheduled ebSOA Face2Face if there 
is not a sufficient number of ebSOA members attending the New Orleans 
meeting.
