OK - everyone tell me when the AREN'T available every week, and I'll pick the 
time that works best for bi-weekly meetings.

Also - as soon as the IPR policy is finalized, please inform the group by post 
to the ebsoa mail list. Then we'll commence to finalizing the outline and 
editing the sections.
