ebSOA TC TelConf: difficulty in logging in.

Hi,

For several sessions now I've not been able to log in to the bi-weekly conference calls. The voice message I get says "access code or time" is not correct. Conference facility repeats the code I entered for me to verify, so I know the code is recieved correctly. When we used the Intel conferencing earlier, a human operator assisted in such cases; current setup simply drops the line.

I believe I do get the time correct: standard Aristo logic: NY City is in ET zone and World Clock-Time Zones Application tells me that Istanbul is 7 hours ahead of NY; so 3 pm ET conference start time translates to 10 pm my time!
