Monica,

This looks a good start.  My only comment is that in the Details section it
says that -

 "The core of the BPSS is the Business Transaction, a message exchange
between 2 abstract roles (initiator and responder). "

But we see no mention of that in the Introduction!

Clearly the Introduction has to talk about roles and transactions and how
they fit into the big picture.
I think then we will have something good.

Also - a diagram in the Introduction - just showing the big picture
components - ebMS, BPSS, CPA, Transactions, partners business applications -
would be helpful.
