An issue is how to do context passing. The CAM specification has a start on this,

that supports core component context as well as a generalized method that is based around

the CAM approach - and ties back also to the CPP/CPA too. This is an item that moves

beyond 1.1 and is probably a key issue for us that needs more discussion.
