[ebBP] 11/12/2003: ebBP Pamphlet

In 10 Nov 2003 TC call, David Webber suggested we create a short 1-page 
slick or pamphlet on ebBP effort and work.  If you are interested in 
assisting, please respond to Dale Moberg or myself.  I would suggest we 
consider using parts of the FAQ and BPSS summary as inputs.
