+1.

The problem for the last two years is that the XML
underpinning has been ignored - and therefore
critical implementation details have been glossed over.

Now is the time to get it all fully operational.  Vendors
can then build with confidence and provide SMEs with
business feature sets built on our strong specification
foundation.

We know the demand and the need is out there - its
simply a case of delivering sound engineering that works.
