Dear BPSS TC.

I had posted a question like this previously.  I am wanting to take 
another independent try at implementing BPSS.  In the TC's opinion, is 
the current version ready for this or should I wait until certain issues 
are resolved?  If yes, where may the latest schema be?

I am okay going ahead on this knowing that there may be issues since 
implementation may be a good way to solve some of these too.
