mm1: I believe ebBP provides guidance - I liked John Yunker's words on 
the implementers' rants earlier this week - a machine readable 
communication of key executable constraints. That pretty much sums it up 
for me I believe that Dale rightly said that we need to remember that 
those constraints are understood by and actions delegated to ebMS or 
another underlying transport. Thanks.
