[UBAC] UN/CEFACT: new IPR developments

*7 July:* *New* * * Intersessional approval of TRADE/CEFACT/2003/6/Rev.2 
<http://www.unece.org/cefact/docum/03cf06rev2_IP%20policy.pdf> - 
UN/CEFACT Intellectual Property Policy. The draft document includes a 
new section 5 on indemnities which has been approved by the United 
Nations Offcie of Legal Affairs and supported by the UN/CEFACT Legal 
Rapporteur, and a Protocol for the implementation of the IPR. Once 
approved by UN/CEFACT plenary, the document will be published on the web 
site as the applicable UN/CEFACT IPR policy and will be submitted to the 
Committee for Trade, Industry and Enterprise Development and the UNECE 
Commission for endorsement.
