[Nickull] 7/21/2004: OperationMapping in ebBP

ebBP team asked me to send you for ebSOA this ebBP update related to 
using web services (as an implementation option). We are providing the 
capability to map web service operations (abstract) to ebBP. The draft 
working schema has been posted to the Documents folder as well. Thanks.
