[ebBP] 11/10/2004: Schema #3 - BusinessCollaborationType (UPDATE)

As previously stated, in the v2.0 schema we optimized to a BusinessCollaborationType but left 
BinaryCollaborationType and MultiPartyCollaborationType. Question raised prior to 1 Nov TC call by Sacha Schlegel (Reference: http://www.oasis-open.org/archives/ebxml-bp/200410/msg00142.html).

Are there any comments or concerns about retaining these elements until a later version for the following reasons:

    *	Retain BinaryCollaborationType and MultiPartyCollaborationType for backward compatibility for v2.0. Indicate as 
	deprecated and delete with realignment with other ebXML specifications in later version.

    *	Provide annotations in the schema to explain: 1) Explicit deprecations and reasons for change. 2) Place eneral 	
	annotation at the beginning about the general focus of the changes made.

    *	Use the transforms planned for v1.04 and v1.05 to enable use of BusinessCollaborationType.
