ebBP 1/6/2005: Looking at BT Patterns

Here is an update subsequent to our discussion on Monday. I received 
some comments Tuesday from NIST about identifying cells that are not 
applicable, adding a description to any matrix references (which can be 
done separately in the technical specification) and examples. I've put 
some brief examples in an additional cell in each row but we can expand 
to differentiate. The final request (from Serm Kulvatunyou from NIST) 
was to explain how to simply differentiate the patterns by semantics and 
use. The key challenge is to do so for the last three. I would encourage 
any comments in the call next Tuesday. Thanks.
