3. Signal schema
4. BT patterns matrix
5. Technical specification

Outstanding items include:
1. Application of OASIS naming guidelines for schemas
and technical specification
2. Inline comments in document (inserted comments)
3. Update of schema examples where applicable
4. Open items in work item list (evaluation column)

Note: The schema will be uploaded separately. Minor annotation schema
changes were made as a result of work item list evaluation.
