As we discussed in today's call briefly, the expectations of either 
party should be met. In order to make this more explicit in some 
specification text, this minor revision is proposed.

Section 4.7.3 Signed receipt

Change from:
Thus, a failure to send a signed receipt within 
timeToAcknowledgeReceipt, would make the transaction null and void.

Change to:
Thus, a failure to send a signed receipt within 
timeToAcknowledgeReceipt, would make the transaction null and void, i.e. 
the agreed upon expectations of business significance of the requesting 
party has not been adhered to in the activity.
