ebBP 3/8/2006: Calling all Members on v2.0.3 Working Draft Review

As indicated Tuesday 7 March 2006, we will take time to review the diff 
documents for the technical specification and appendices prior to 
initiating the Committee Draft and subsequent Committee Specification 
votes.  Today 8 March 2006, I've uploaded the review materials:

Note: There are no changes to the other packages other than the change 
from v2.0.2 to v2.0.3.

As discussed in quorate meeting 7 March 2006, these drafts and all 
packages will be provided for v2.0.3 votes starting next Tuesday
