Mary and Jamie,
This is a formal request to OASIS Administration to initiate the 
Committee Specification vote.  The packages are found below.  The v2.0.3 
Committee Draft vote concluded successfully 24 March 2006. [see 1]  The 
working drafts and diffs used for this successful vote are referenced at 
the end of this email  [see 2].  We approved formally (for good measure) 
yesterday the editorial changes [3] made to ready for Committee 
Specification vote (as defined in the two votes under [1]).
In this process, I believe it would also be prudent to ask for IPR 
declarations, if that could be included.  The charter for ebBP 
designates 'royalty free.' [4] We are acting under legacy IPR policy for 
OASIS ebBP TC.
