[ebxml-cppa-negot] Negotiation Process Diagram - Updated version

I just noticed a problem with the flow in the updated figure.  The flow
beginning with CPP discovery looks like this:

CPP discovery
PartyB accepts NCPA from PartyA?
   Yes:  PartyB uses CPP from Party A?
             Yes:  CPP based negotiation process
             No:  PartyB accepts CPA template from PartyA?
                      Yes: PartyB accepts CPA template from PartyA?

The problem is that It asks if PartyB uses the CPP from PartyA after it
asks if PartyB accepts the NCPA from PartyA

The problem occurred when we changed the middle decision box to ask about
CPP instead of CPA template.

One possibility is to delete the three decision boxes and replace them by
this single decision point:

Discovery (instead of CPP discovery)
     Is it a CPP?
          Yes:  CPP based negotiation process
          No:  CPA Template based negotiation process

This approach is a bit oversimplified but it is probably sufficient for our
purpose in the requirements document.

Hi all,

Attached please find the updated diagram. Changes are based on today's
call.
I also include a gif version and a .jpg version for whose who are
interested.

I noticed that the Negotiation Business Process formation and registration
activities are not included in the diagram. If the team see it necessary to
include such activities, please let me know:
 - Who will come up with such BPSS instance, a standard body, party A
or Party B?
 - Which doc will references this BPSS instance, only the NCPA?
