Subject: [ebxml-cppa-negot] negotiation specification
I have built a skeleton for an automated negotiation specification and have started categorizing the results of our discussions to date by putting notes into the various chapters. I will then be able to start writing some chapters. The key chapters, such as NDD, BPSS instance, and message content, still require a lot more discussion and parallel work.
