[ebxml-cppa-negot] BPSS and state diagram

Attaching a zip file with changes as dicussed.

1) Success and failure are derived from the new BusinessTransaction
that is added.
2) Outer collaboration has a new transition to the final
BusinessTransaction
in case of Accept being sent for first offer
3) Inner collaboration has transitions from both BTA's to
BusinessTransactions
whenever "AcceptOffer" is sent

I'll be presenting at SunNetwork wednesday and hence will not be present

for the conf call, Sorry for the late notice.
