Marty,

The service and binding elements of the WSDL do not add anything in this 
case.  All they will do is define the SOAP endpoint and envelope stuff, 
and in this case there is nothing special (such as mime attachments) to 
define in the binding element.

I want to draw your attention to the <operation />s.  I can write a 
concrete binding at any time, its quite trivial.
