MWS: Change tracking markup refers to version 0.04.  However, to improve 
the performance of Microsoft Word, I accepted all "non-substantive" 
changes. These include things like font changes, trivial wording changes, 
balloons in the right margin containing only formatting matters, and 
"trivial" delete balloons.

MWS:  the only change in line 405 was to split list item 4 into 4 and 5 
without changing the substance (except for the error you mention below).
