Negotiation BPSS roles reversal?

from my understanding the scenario goes like this:

If I understand right, there is only ONE role change and that happens in
the transition of "CPA Negotiation BC" BinaryCollaboration into the "CPA
Negotiation Counter Offer BC" BinaryCollaboration. The fact that per
PartyInfo only two CollaborationRole's are listed in the NCPA supports
this observation.

After the transition the roles do stay the same.

Can someone confirm or !confirm this?

Monica, I am not sure if the current NBPSS/NCPA version is a shortcut of
something you wanted to model orignially and couldn't with the BPSS at
that (this) time or if this is the optimal model.
