Proposed Agenda:

1. Approve the minutes from the September teleconference agenda
   (overlooked at face to face).
2. Membership, voting and pending, reflecting 2nd face to face
  (spread sheet should be available before Thursday morning)
3. Assess where we are on version 1.1 tasking and scheduling.
4. Subteam reports (including Hima's new Service/Action issues team)
and the Messaging's focus on strengthening CPPA to deal with explicit
representations for the Sync packaging/security/transport options.
5. More discussion on schedules.
6. Update on Messaging's 1.1 header element reorganization and how to
capture SOAP module capabilities-- possibly under the ebXML binding
element?
