But by definition "TrustAnchor" refers to the Certificate of CA
at the root of the certificate chain. I guess, my question would be, are we trying to convey the certificate
IF we want to convey just the TrustAnchor, each TrustAnchor element
IF we want to convey a set of CA certificates, i.e. intermediate CAs
THis way implementors could use a CertPath Building tools based on
