[ebxml-cppa] Issues for teleconference

The attached zip file contains the latest CPPA issues database, together with an external RTF version of the "Issues by Issue ID" report within the database.  The database reflects:

 

Updates to issues as discussed during the last teleconference.

Closed issues per my Feb 11 email.

Issues previously targeted to version 1.1 with a status of "deferred" were re-targeted to 2.0 with a status of "open".

Issues with NULL status were assigned a status of "open".

 

I've not yet added issues that surfaced since last week's call.
