There is an important correction that is needed to today'e minutes. It was
not I who moved the motion, which was approved. I believe it was Arjit.

I am dissatisfied with the fact that the minutes from May 29th were approved
today. The reason is that I think that there needs to be a period of at
least one week after the draft minutes
are posted, so that people get a chance to read through the minutes. In this
specific instance, I wanted to make some minor changes to what was ascribed
to me in the minutes, and I was informed
that the minutes had already been passed.

I suggest that, we as a group, agree that that minutes can be passed only
after a week has
passed after the minutes are posted to the group mailing list, in order to
give people
enough time to read it.
