Errata draft

Hi,

I am enclosing a draft of language for the first errata to CPPA v.2 that
corrects values in the sample CPPs for Company 
A and Company B. This was the "ReceiptAcknowledgment" issue. 

The other potential errata comment was about a dangling link. I have
asked the webmaster to put a blank page at the party_id link until the
TC has decided what to do with our current party_id draft and current
ECOM issue (recently forwarded by Yukinori Saito).

We will discuss the party_id maintenance issue at our next meeting, June
13. 

These were the errata discussed and resolved at the March face to face
meeting in San Diego.
