V0.92 of BIP Interop Test Suite

Jacques,

 

   I incorporated edits and suggestions into BIP document.  I left 2 open edits

1) Not sure if you wanted total removal of Conformance Clause in section 1.4.. if so, then we can remove it

2) Just some wording edits for section 1.3.2

 

    Also combined all MSH config tables into one for easier reference.

 

    Removed normative XML Test Suite from document, and reference it as an external normative document.

    Because the test case descriptions are abstract, this gives us a lot more flexibility in desigining/modifying

    the executable test suite.

 

    Attached is V0.92, and V0.91diffs

 

     I also attached a non-normative and normative version of the executable test suite for review.  The executable

test suite should semantically match up with the 9 test case descriptions.

 

     The ZIP file is about 1.4MB
