Subject: [ebxml-iic] 7/29/2003: BSI Working Definition
Given we are starting to work on BPSS test requirements and plans, please review and comment on this working definition (discussed in yesterday's call). Thanks. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Working information for definition: The BSI specifies rules governing behaviour of a business party interface. The BSI enables a given party to properly participate in an ebXML exchange.* *At the collaborative interface, the BSI deals with predictable behaviour, not that of the application interface that is constrained by the business partner agreement. The BSI is a layer definition between nodes, while the MSI exists at one node and interacts with the MSH.
