- 3.1: explain better how to use the two types of tables.
- 3.2.1: make it clearer what naming scheme is suggested.
- 3.6.2, 3.6.3: add examples of detailed profiling of some items, based on
real cases (Sacha)
- 4.2: add entry to table (new case)
- 4.3: add more details to entry.
- new 4.4: new section dedicated to addressing CPA interpretation
discrepancies between partners, in case of some ambiguity.

Updated draft (V 0.4) of template for deployment profiles of CPPA 2.0.
This document is intended to help user communities define CPPA profiles to
be used by their members. Resulting CPA profiles are also intended to be
used as guideline docs to create full CPA instances.
Updated from 0.2 and 0.3, based on Sacha fedback: see al changes in red.
