Colleagues,

	the final vote for approval for the Message Services Specification
Version 2.0 has started (July 1) and closes on July 31, would all
participants from OASIS voting members (not this TC voting members) i.e.
Sponsor and Contributor organizations please ensure that their organizations
participate in this vote.

	I have spoken to Karl Best of OASIS who informed me that very few
votes have yet been cast, so your help with this will be appreciated by
myself and others who would like to see this specification approved.
