Excellent catch.  Yes - I'd intended my notes to be that it just looks at the envelope,
no the message.
 
But - now you are mentioning this new V3.0 feature - that is brilliant news - since
that means you can invoke the jCAM processor from the ebMS to validate and
process the content directly.
