Subject: SKML 1.0 Specification - Edited with questions
Hi Gang, Here is the result of a fairly quick review of the document. Most of the suggested edits are relatively minor and are an attempt to create a clearer hierarchy between elements and child elements. There questions about style conventions that have yet to be resolved - when is something in mono-spaced Courier versus proportional text face, etc. - which do not interfere with the substance of the document, but clarifying them, as well as referencing the stylistic meanings, will allow for an easier understand by others. There are a couple of questions of substance that might need looking at before the final draft is submitted for a vote.
