2.  Spec Update
* Deadline for comments for the spec version - Sept 23
* Arshad passed the specification details to various cryptographic 
forums and in one forum, there was a Q whether
there is any overlap of sksml with kerberos. Allen to write up something 
on this topic.

3.  Demo Update

* 2 proposals have been obtained via TC members for the flash demo.
* Arshad to create an electronic vote about what the 2 proposals are.
* The TC needs to vote which proposal to accept asap.

4.  Other Business

* Key Management Summit in Batimore, MD. Arshad and Tim will be present.
