A ballot presented to OASIS Enterprise Key Management Infrastructure 
(EKMI) Technical Committee has closed.
The text of this closed ballot is as follows:

"Award of contract to vendor for EKMI Flash Demo"
The EKMI TC needs to award a contract to one of two vendors for the 
creation of a Flash demo on the body of work being produced by the TC. 
The following document compares the two proposals in summary:

The detailed proposal will be turned over to OASIS Administrative staff
