Mary,

Please hold off on the PR02 announcement.  Tomas has requested an
additional optional feature in the protocol, and we've agreed that
it is a useful feature to include in SKSML 1.0.  This will be the
last inclusion in the 1.0 spec - its a promise :-).

I will modify the specification and XSD and notify you when its
uploaded, later this week.
