FYI, the ballot for the creation of the Mobile SKSML Sub-Committee
passed.  We now have to wait for Mary to make the appropriate
changes to the OASIS system so this SC shows up when you log into
the OASIS site.  Once the SC infrastructure has been created,
interested TC members can join this SC and begin the exciting work.
