Nominating Tim Bruce (CA) as EKMI Co-chair

Hi EKMI TC Members,
   I would like to take this opportunity in nominating Tim Bruce from CA 
for the role of co-chair.  Tim will send out a separate email with 
qualifications etc.

Tim has been a member of the EKMI TC for a long time and has 
participated in TC meetings and mailing list discussions.
